• Fine precision stampings from .004” to .062” thick. Can manufacture parts up to a 3” stroke, 5” width, and bed length up to 28”

Materials

High Speed Stampings are manufactured from a wide variety of materials including carbon steels, stainless steels, and copper alloys, BE CU as well as exotics such as pre-plated materials (gold, silver, tin), Aluminum, inconel and many others.

Equipment

Presses from 30 – 60 ton Bruderers with speeds up to 1,500 strokes per minute. High speed stampings on progressive dies can be produced in our tool room to any specified quality standard.
